Terms of Service

GENERAL
♥︎ You must be 18+ to commission me.
♥︎ I provide commissions exclusively via digital medium. There will never be any physical component.
♥︎ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.PAYMENTS
♥︎ I typically ask for full payment up front
♥︎ If you need to discuss a payment plan, I am open to these, and will break up the work I complete into roughly equal bites per chunk of payment.REVISIONS
♥︎ For custom commissions I will deliver a rough sketch, and once the composition is approved I will only return again for final revisions when I am otherwise finished with the art.
♥︎ This differs if you get the "design add-on", since I expect more back and forth with decision making for character design.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

♥︎ I will do my best to keep you up to date on when I estimate I'll be done with your art.
♥︎ I typically try to get the finished piece(s) delivered within a month of ordering, but the window is subject to change based on how full my queue is and how busy life gets.

♥︎ Commissions are for personal use only.
♥︎ Unless otherwise discussed, commissioned art from me is not permitted for commercial use (commercial use requires a very different price), and never allowed to be used in any way for NFTs or AI input.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♥︎ I retain ownership of artwork I create (including roughs and other materials) delivered to the client, and so retain the right to post the work freely unless privacy is discussed and agreed upon.
♥︎ My original artwork should not be altered, retouched, or changed in any way without my consent.
♥︎ The client is permitted to post the artwork, provided they credit me in the same post.REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
♥︎ If a commission is cancelled by the client, the client will pay a cancellation fee as follows (with the rest of the price being refundable):
♥︎ 30% of the agreed price if the commission is cancelled at the rough stage.
♥︎ 50% of the agreed price if the commission is cancelled around the halfway point.
♥︎ 100% of the agreed price if the commission is cancelled farther than the halfway stage of the piece(s).
♥︎ In the event of cancellation, ownership of the whole commission will revert to the artist unless otherwise agreed.COMMUNICATION
♥︎ My preferred methods of communication are either through Vgen or Email, as I need to keep my work talk contained.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only draw XYZ (furries/SFW/NSFW/etc.)?

Not at all! I'm more than happy to draw humans, fantasy/sci-fi/synthetic races, all body types, genders, sexualities, and the full spectrum from family friendly to X rated.

Will you draw XYZ kink?

As long as its safe and consensual I might be down! Feel free to ask!Do make sure all the characters involved in an 18+ scene can pass the Harkness test ("Does this character have human intelligence or greater? Can it talk or otherwise communicate with language? Is it of sexual maturity for its species?")Specific kinks I would rather not draw: vore, hyper, weight gain/loss, really detailed close-ups of feet, and inflation.

How fast will you (the artist) get back to me (the client), and how long will it be until you get to my commission?

If you've just sent in a commission form, then I should get back to you within a business day or two! I work most weekdays, so it won't be too long. If it's already been longer than that, feel free to email me and check if I missed you!I book up one month at a time. I'll let you know which week I plan on doing your commission when I get back to you about your form! If you're starting to sweat, and need an update to your place in my queue after that, feel free to ask me again!

Do you offer payment plans?

I do! We can break up a commission into intervals of either 2 weeks at a time or a month at a time depending on your needs. I will deliver work roughly equal to the amount paid each interval.
